Our team can handle all design through stamped, architectural plan set or build off your plans. Base unit is steel-framed, builder’s grade, but full customization of finish is available based on order size. Production capacity is quickly scalable, allowing us to meet most delivery requirements for larger orders. We contract with independent third-party agencies who supplement our internal testing, listing, quality assurance inspection, and design plan reviews for modular buildings. All are nationally recognized under DAPIA (Design Approval & Plan Inspection Agency).
